The Congress of founder

On 15-16th of March 2000 in Shchelkovo (Moscow region) a Founder Congress of Russian Chitin Society took place. 89 delegates from 46 regions of Russia and some from Ukraine took place on it. The Congress resolved to establish a Russian Chitin Society (RCS). The administration of RCS are following:
